BREEAM 2018

We have been producing BREEAM Ecology reports for major developments over the last 6 years, including new hospitals within the NHS, Spa and Hotel developments, and Universities and Colleges. The BREEAM assessment has been long overdue an update to bring it into line with planning and biodiversity in the 21st Century UK. Not least, to make it compatible with BS42020, Planning and Biodiversity.

We are  pleased to note that the BREEAM has finally been overhauled and many of the comments of ecological consultancies and organisations have been incorporated. The new assessment is very different, and we hope it will be much more effective at providing genuine ecological enhancement and protection within a pragmatic framework.
